Father, I come to you today with faith so small I cannot see a way. I want to believe you are able to do more than I ever imagine. I want to walk by faith and not by sight. God, please bring a miracle into my life. I know that you can do the impossible in my life and I am trusting in your promises. Thank you for being a God who sees and hears my every need. In Jesus' name, amen.
Heavenly Father, Thank You for answering my prayers and performing miracles in my life every day. Just the fact that I woke up this morning and can take a breath is a gift from You. Help me to never take my health and loved ones for granted. Help me to always stand in faith and keep my focus on You when unexpected circumstances arise. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
“Dear God, thank you that you love me and want to keep me from depending on other things instead of you. Forgive me for when I've depended on my job and other people instead of you. Thank you that you haven't forgotten me. Lord, the days ahead may be a little scary at times, but I understand now that the path to a miracle is through uncomfortable territory. I understand now that the source of a miracle will be unexpected, so I shouldn't try to figure it out. I should just trust you. When you tell me what to do, and it doesn't always make sense, I will still do what you want me to do. Help me to remember that you're all I need and that where you guide, you'll provide. I want to learn to trust you one day at a time. I want to go your way, not my way. I want to follow you, and I ask you to save me and come into my life. I claim your promise that if I trust you, you'll meet my needs. I pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.”
Lord Jesus, I come before you, just as I am, I am sorry for my sins, I repent of my sins, please forgive me. In your Name, I forgive all others for what they have done against me. I renounce Satan, the evil spirits and all their works. I give you my entire self, Lord Jesus, now and forever. I invite you into my life, Jesus. I accept you as my Lord, God and Savior. Heal me, change me, strengthen me in body, soul, and spirit.
Come Lord Jesus, cover me with your Precious Blood, and fill me with your Holy Spirit. I love you Lord Jesus. I praise you Jesus. I thank you Jesus. I shall follow you every day of my life. Amen.
Right now it is Your Strength that helps me survive...
For it's only through Your Will that I'm alive.
And although some days are tough and filled with fear...
Your Love gives me renewed hope when You draw near.
I made but one request and that was for prayer...
My plea was heard and has gone out everywhere.
For sisters and brothers have begun to unite...
Lifting me up to the healing grace of Your Light.
Thank You Father for being a part of my life...
For the power of prayer and deliverance from strife.
As I come humbly before You this day...
Please hold me in Your Arms and lead the way
Oh Abba Father what am I going to do...
For once again my heart is breaking in two.
From this devastating fear I feel...
Trying to wake from a nightmare that's real.
You've raised the dead and parted the sea...
Will You grant a miracle for me?
Help me to fight against this overwhelming fear...
For I can't handle this without knowing You're near.
Please hold me safely and listen as I confide...
All the confusion and pain I'm keeping inside.
Comfort me throughout this difficult night...
Leading me out of darkness with Your Light.
When I came home from church that morning, I felt in my spirit I was suppose to call John, and share all this over the phone. Once again, I was being asked to get out of the comfort zone.
Not only to share a poem, but poems that revealed the heart of someone I didn't know. And that I felt strongly, I'd received a prophetic word, that he would indeed be healed.
We never know why, God grants healing miracles for some, yet; others have to wait to receive their "ultimate" healing in heaven. I've ministered to both.
And even when death would come, the testimonies of peace or some extra little something, that could only be a God Sighting, were amazing.
Therefore; I don't take lightly what I sense spiritually. And I've been trained up to listen and wait to be released. Because I've learned the hard way, not everything that's revealed, is supposed to be shared. Even sharing these stories and private poems is a huge leap of faith!
God provided the means to connect with John. And despite the fact we'd never met before, the camaraderie was instantaneous. To my delight, he not only was receptive and appreciative, he confirmed the poems content, sharing his feelings, faith and concerns.
After we prayed together and I told him, the poems and supportive Scripture were in the mail. I closed with this: My prayer for you now, is that you be surrounded by His everlasting Love and filled with His Peace. A peace that transcends all understanding. May you go with God as you go into surgery, and go home with your family soon after.
John believed nothing was impossible for God and so did those praying for him. I told him to hold tight to those promises from God's Word, and he did.
A few days after Christmas, God gave John his miracle. Doctors said the surgery would take at least five hours. God accomplished it in three. According to the scans, the tumor was large. Yet; it was now much smaller, without a doubt, the Lord was behind it's reduction!
Because of the tumors critical location, John had shared with me, that the prognosis was bleak. Doctors had informed him, he could die on the table, or survive but in a vegetative state. There also was the possibility that the surgery could leave him paralyzed, or blind.
But God was also present in the operating room that day, and not only was the surgery successful, but there was no loss of motor skills nor were any of his five senses impaired. John was on the way to a full recovery. PTL!
Yet; one more concern remained, was the tumor cancerous? God answered with yet another miracle. The biopsy results were benign! No cancer! Praise the Lord oh my soul!
Despite this family had been told, very bluntly, from the beginning, that the prognosis was grim. They made a choice to Trust and go ahead.
And Jesus said:
"Therefore; I tell you, whatever you ask for in
?prayer, believe that you have received it
and it will be yours."
Dear Lord, Thank You for the Savior of the world who brings peace all year long. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
