O Mary,
Loving Mother of Jesus, and our Mother, pray to Jesus for our family, for all the families of the world, to guard the cradle of the newborn, the schools of the young and their vocations.
Blessed Saint Joseph,
holy guardian of Jesus and Mary, assist us by your prayers in all necessities of life. Ask of Jesus that special grace which he granted to you, to watch over our home at the pillow of the sick and the dying, so that with Mary and with you, Heaven may find our family unbroken in the sacred Heart of Jesus.
Amen.
God of mercy and peace, you created us in your image, forming one human family. You love all your children without discrimination, and invite us to love each of our neighbors as ourselves. In hope, we lift up to you for healing the tensions and racism that plague our nation, and pray for increasing harmony and peace within our communities, and in our hearts. Amen.
Loving Father who holds the whole world in his hands. Thank you for not abandoning us. Thank you for watching over us and caring for us in deep ways.
Thank you for having peace in our family, having a good plan and carrying it out even when we don't understand. Please help us to trust you The UnChanging God in these days of uncertainty. Please help us to cry out to you when we feel overwhelmed and please help us to love you more!
We ask all these things in the name of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. Amen.
Lord, in this difficult time, we thank you for sustaining us to this day. We thank you for your promise to be with us. We thank you for your love made known in Jesus Christ, from which nothing in all creation can separate us. We thank you for the gift of eternal life in you.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
Father, Your Word says that peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness and that discord cannot produce conduct that pleases You. Help us to be a peacemaking family (Jas. 3:18).
Amen
Righteous Father, thank You for the promise that the discipline we must impose upon our children will produce a harvest of righteousness and peace for them if they will receive the training. So we also ask that our children will, with willing hearts, receive discipline without taking offense, recognizing the opportunity to learn and grow from it (Heb. 12:11). Amen
Lord Jesus, be with my family. Grant us Your peace and an end to conflict and division. Gift us with compassion to better understand each other, wisdom and love to assist each other, and trust and patience to live peacefully together. Amen
Lord, Protect us and our house from all evils and misfortunes, but grant that we may be ever resigned to Thy Divine Will even in the sorrows which it shall please Thee to send us. Finally, give unto all of us the grace to live in perfect harmony and in the fullness of love toward our neighbor. Grant that every one of us may deserve by holy life the comfort of Thy holy Sacraments at the hour of death. O Jesus, bless us and protect us. Amen.
