Loving Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Your Holy Spirit to be with us, to live in us and to guide us into the way of peace and truth. We pray You would grant all those that are Your children, the spirit of wisdom and unity, so that we may be one, even as You are one with our Lord Jesus Christ, and He with You.
Enable all those that are part of the true Church, the body of Christ, to walk worthy of the calling whereby we have been called, and to live and work together in love and unity. Use us individually and collectively to reflect the love of God, the fellowship of the Holy Spirit and the grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ, so that we may be fruitful branches, and bear much fruit to the glory of God and to the praise of His holy name
Teach us how to live together in unity, and fellowship with one another. Lead us into the paths of peace and righteousness, so that we may be well pleasing in Your sight.
Teach us how to love one another as Christ loved us, and keep us from doing anything out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but rather teach us humility of heart, so that we consider others before ourselves. Help us to be slow to anger and quick to forgive as we abide in You and You in us. This we ask in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ,
Amen.
Holy God, we thank You for Your tender mercies and loving-kindness. Thank You for calling the Body of Christ around the world to pray and unite. Thank You for increasing Your presence, power, anointing and abundance throughout the world. You are great and do wondrous things. You alone are God.
Let Your Kingdom come, and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven for the Body of Christ. Lord, as Your people, we humble ourselves, pray and seek Your face today. We believe that as we turn from our wicked ways, You will hear from heaven, forgive our sins and heal our landscape. We will be humble, gentle and patient with each other; making allowance for each other's faults in love. We will be kind to one another, tenderhearted and forgiving, even as You, Lord, have forgiven us in Christ.
Holy Spirit, help us to live out the Word we just prayed to You. Remove the obstacles that hinder the formation of peaceful and loving relationships between our churches.
Forgiving Lord, forgive us, the Body of Christ, for our many sins. Forgive our churches for being at times self-centered and self-absorbed. Forgive us when we have had a form of Godliness, but denied Your power. Forgive us for not always being Kingdom-minded. Holy Spirit, remind us all of those we need to forgive and help us to be quick to forgive.
Holy Spirit, help us as the Body of Christ not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one.
Lord, You are Holy. Just and true are Your ways. Who can be compared to You? Who is Your equal? Yours is the Kingdom, power and glory forever. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Dear God, We know that you are with us and you fight for your people. We believe that it's not by might, nor by power, but by your Spirit, that you make a difference in our world.
We are needy for you. Some days feel so broken and uncertain. We're hurting, we're struggling, and we're aware, more than ever, of our own weaknesses, and of the dark forces that constantly surround us, fighting to gain ground in our lives and families. We choose to stand our ground today and say, “no more.”
Dear God, We pray for your protection as one nation under God.
We ask that you surround this country and cover us with your mighty hand. We pray for unity in our land, that in spite of our differences, we would be willing to stand strong together and live out our days with compassion and grace. We ask that no weapon formed against us will prosper, and that you would thwart the attacks of the enemy hurled our way.
Thank you that you are rich in mercy and full of grace. Thank you that you are forgiving and merciful. Thank you that you are strong and mighty. Thank you that you are for us and that you fight for us still today.
Wake us up Lord! Remind us to live aware, to redeem the time, listen to your words, and be willing to make a difference in this land. Give us courage to speak out. Help us not to stay silent but to do all things through your wisdom and love.
We pray for your great healing on our land. Shine your face on us dear Lord. Give us courage to go into all the world and take the message of the Gospel of peace. We need you just as much now as we ever have before. Our times are in your hands.
Bring honor to your Name today, for You alone are worthy. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
Righteous Father,
You know that we are called into a community of believers who are to have one mind, and that is to glorify You and to make disciples of all nations, even if we're only able to reach those in our own community. We realized that we cannot possibly have unity in our local community, the church, unless Your Spirit has His way with us. Until we are gathered together with one mind, we cannot be as effective as a church as we can be. Until You send Your Spirit, our carnal natures may try to dictate what we think we should do, but please Father, help us to focus on the mission that You have for each one of us, and as one body, we can do more when we are working together and not placing our own opinions above those of others, than when we work alone. Help us to see that Your desire is for us to work together as a body does in doing what You have set before us to do, and I pray for You to open doors for us to walk through, but also that we might also see what we are to do in walking through that door and recognize the work You have purposed for us to do. Truly, we know we must be striving to live a holy life and to make Jesus Christ the center of our lives, and only then can we hope to do anything for His glory, and not ours, and in the mighty name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.
Great God in heaven,
please help our church that we have one purpose in life and that is to glorify You and Your Great Son, Jesus Christ. Nothing else matters because You have said in Your Word that we will not glorify You in our lives if we are not striving to live in obedience to You, and to love one another, which is what we need to do to show the world that our love for one another is how they will know that we are truly Jesus' disciples (John 13:35). You have testified in Your Word that “everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made” (Isaiah 43:7), should be striving to bring You glory and to not rob You of glory for things that we do and ascribe these works to ourselves. We must realize that we have nothing that we did not receive from You Lord (1 Cor 4:4), so if we boast, let our church boast only in You for all the marvelous things You have done for us, and that is our prayer and it is in the name of and for the glory of Jesus Christ, in Whose name we pray, Amen.
Blessed Father God,
You are so good to us, even though none of us deserve Your goodness (Rom 3:10-12), and that You alone are good, and so let us join together in one mind for one express purpose and that is to proclaim Your goodness to those who do not yet know You. Oh, God, that they would know You so that You might extend Your grace to them (James 4:6) that they might be saved. Please help us take heed to Jesus' Words in praying that we might be one, praying “Holy Father, keep them in your name, which you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are one” (John 17:11), and that should be our prayer too Father. Let us be of one mind and have one purpose and that is to glorify You and to tell others that there is only one way that they might be saved, and that is through the Person and work of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). Let us join hands and hearts in this single purpose for us to all have one mind and a mind that is focused on You for Your work that You have prepared beforehand for us to do (Eph 2:10), and it is for this that we pray in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
